Join poets and editors of Not Very Quiet women's poetry journal Sandra Renew and Moya Pacey at Gang Gang cafe for a free city-themed drop-in writing session. Moya and Sandra will provide a series of prompts to get you writing, while you meet other poets and enjoy a coffee or a tasty treat. Come for a couple of minutes or a couple of hours.

Your poem will be displayed on a noticeboard during the workshop, and shared online by Poetic City. You can also bring your poem to read at one of the open mics during the festival.

Moya Pacey and Sandra Renew are the editors of Not Very Quiet women’s online poetry journal, and both award-winning and highly respected poets in their own right. Moya’s most recent collection is Doggerland (2020). Sandra’s new collection It’s the Sugar, Sugar was released in February 2021 (both Recent Work Press).
